Our solutions include assisting the submissions for the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”) authorisation process and providing outsourced compliance and regulatory support. Apex Fund Services (Dubai) Ltd. and Apex Compliance Solutions Ltd. are based in the DIFC. We are regulated by the DFSA to provide administration services to funds located in the DIFC, Bermuda, BVI, Cayman Islands, and other offshore domiciles. Apex Compliance Solutions provides compliance support and services to firms active or looking to incorporate within the DIFC.
