Shmuel Menahem, CPA, overlooks our business strategy for Israel. He has extensive experience in leading operations, while maximising efficiency together with quality service.

Andre joined us in 2023 as Regional Head of Sales for Middle East, Africa, and Mauritius through our acquisition of Maitland Group. He has 35 years’ experience in the financial services information technology and 3rd party administration industry. He began his career at Andersen Consulting and joined Syfrets in 1991 where he headed up the software development division before setting up FMS, the unit trust outsourcing division of Nedcor Investment Bank. In 2000, Andre joined Maitland and was responsible for the roll out of the FinSwitch business-to-business switch and its infrastructure services division. Later, in his role as Head of Business Development (Africa), he was responsible for domestic and international sales activities for their fund services division. Andre holds a B.Bus.Sci from the University of Cape Town.

Roey joined our team in 2021 through the acquisition of Tzur Management and has continued to lead our sales and business development efforts in Israel. With over 15 years of experience in administration and financial services, Roey brings valuable expertise from his previous roles at Leumi Bank and the First International Bank of Israel. He holds an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies.
