Alice supports commercial initiatives for the corporate solutions service line, with a focus on strengthening existing client relationships. She previously held roles as Director of Corporate Services Jersey and Managing Director Dubai with Intertrust, with global experience working within Group Company Secretarial departments for FTSE 100 companies.

Karl is our Global Head of Sales. He joined us in 2018 to lead the UK sales team before expanding his remit to Europe and, subsequently, to his current global role. As the business has evolved beyond fund services into fintech and distribution, his responsibilities have expanded to cover the full client value chain, from fund launch and structuring through to fund services, capital raising, and digital solutions. Karl began his career at AKO Capital, one of Europe’s leading equity hedge funds, before spending several years in prime brokerage at Deutsche Bank and UBS. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with alternative asset managers.
