Nick is Regional Head of Asia Pacific, and a member of the Apex Group Executive Committee. Nick joined as part of Apex Group’s Acquisition of Mainstream Group in 2021 where he was also the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific business. Nick brings extensive knowledge of the funds industry and is responsible for overseeing the business in the region.

Donna is the Country Head, New Zealand for Apex. She has over 20 years of financial services experience and expertise in funds management, investment administration, strategy, governance, and growth. Before joining Apex, Donna was the Chief Customer Officer at Smartshares, a fund manager and wholly owned subsidiary of NZX. Prior to her time at Smartshares, Donna held various roles at AMP Financial Services, including Head of Client Relationships, where she launched AMP’s direct distribution channel.

Thomas is responsible for leading business development activities across the region, working with asset managers and industry partners across public and private markets. He joined as part of our acquisition of Mainstream Group in 2021 and has extensive experience in financial services across business development, client relationship management, and investment operations.
